Tech Level 3 is the third Tech Level in the game. It introduces Heavy Weapons and Aircraft, and players can build Fortresses and Shield Generators. The more powerful Mechs become available.
Once the player builds two Tech Level 3 buildings, Tech Level 4 becomes available. It can be researched at the Command Center, and costs 1000 Food and 800 Nova.
