Galactic Banking is a technology that can be researched at the Spaceport in Tech Level 3. It costs 200 Food and 100 Nova, and eliminates the tribute fee. Hutt Endorsement must be researched first, and Galactic Banking is a requirement for Galactic Trade Commission.
Like the previous upgrade, this is an important technology if the player tributes resources to their allies, as they will save a lot of resources over time.
