Optimized Motivator is a technology that can be researched at the Command Center in Tech Level 3. It costs 300 Food and 200 Carbon, and lets Workers and Utility Trawlers move 10% faster and carry 50% more. Upgraded Motivator must be researched before it becomes available.
Like the previous upgrade, this will speed up gathering speed by reducing the amount of time Workers and Utility Trawlers have to deliver resources to gathering points. Like most gathering-enhancing technologies, it will quickly pay for itself.
